Strategy, Capability and Talent: “Our people are our most important asset.”

You’ve probably heard that. Your organisation’s annual report may even include those words.

What response does that engender in your people? Does it inspire them? Does it lead to an eye roll? Does it act as a motivator or a red rag to a bull?

What if people not only were your most important asset but became the core value of your organisation?

In this session, Robin Hoyle will examine how organisations can move this idea from fine words to a driving force for growth and continuous improvement.

In this session, he will explore:

  • How the best organisational strategies demonstrate a detailed understanding of capability,
  • What capabilities organisations will need to succeed in the future (and they’re not what you might think!),
  • How building future-focused capability relies on creativity and innovation, and
  • How forward-thinking organisations think differently about talent.
