Hakan Sahin is a human resource professional with 16 years of work experience (11 years in Rewards and 5 years in HR Analytics area) in different sectors including Banking, Retail, and High Tech. Hakan has experience in European and Global roles with leadership of international teams. His areas of expertise are Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Workforce Planning, HR Information Systems, HR Analytics, and Automation.
