Annual HR Conference & Expo 2026

General Information:

  • The FHRD’s Annual HR Conference 2026 will be held on Friday 23rd October 2026.
  • All delegates are required to register by paying the full registration fee.
  • Registration is only confirmed once FHRD has received the necessary payment.
  • Each delegate must complete a separate registration form.
  • Any changes to delegate details must be communicated to the FHRD Office by the close of business on Monday, 19th October 2026. No amendments will be allowed after this date.

Fees:

Conference registration fees (excluding VAT):

  • Early Bird (until 23rd August 2026):
    • FHRD Corporate Members: €190.00*
    • Non-Members: €220.00
  • Standard Rate (24th August – 23rd October 2026):
    • FHRD Corporate Members: €215.00*
    • Non-Members: €245.00

Professional Members forming part of the FHRD’s Professional Membership Scheme will benefit from an exclusive rate of €180.00 + VAT.

To qualify for the Early Bird rate, payments must be received by FHRD no later than Sunday, 23rd August 2026. After this date, the standard registration fee applies. Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

FHRD Corporate Member rates for conference tickets will be allocated as follows, based on company size:

  • Less than 50 employees (€150/year): 3 tickets
  • 51–249 employees (€250/year): 5 tickets
  • 250+ employees (€350/year): 8 tickets

Standard prices will apply for additional tickets.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Refunds for ticket cancellations are processed as follows:

  • Until 23rd August 2026: 50% refund
  • From 24th August 2026 to 9th October 2026: 30% refund
  • No refunds will be issued from 10th October 2026 onwards.
  • In exceptional cases (illness or death of an immediate relative), a 75% refund may be granted.
  • A 5% administrative fee applies to all refunds.

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made in EURO and can be completed through the following options:

  1. Online Payment:
    • Payments should be made using an online card payment processor.
  2. Wire Transfer:
    • Receiving Bank: BOV
    • Beneficiary: Foundation for Human Resources Development
    • IBAN: MT10VALL22013000000040018381331
    • SWIFT Code: VALLMTMT
    • Ensure that the transfer description includes:
      • Reason for payment and Invoice Number
      • Company name / Delegate name (e.g., CONF2026 THOMAS CALLEJA)
    • Important deadlines for wire transfer payments:
      • Early Bird Registration: 23rd August 2026
      • Regular Registration: 9th October 2026
    • Bank charges should be set to SHARED, with the sender covering any fees from their bank.
    • From 10th October 2026 onwards, only online card payments will be accepted
  3. Cheque Payments:
    • No cheque payments will be accepted.

Code of Conduct:

All attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the conference. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and FHRD reserves the right to take appropriate action if necessary.

Liability Disclaimer:

FHRD shall not be held liable for any personal accidents, illness, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the conference. Furthermore, FHRD reserves the right to amend or modify the conference schedule without prior notice where deemed necessary, as well as to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification.

No Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the conference venue.

Photography & Media Consent:

Professional photography and video recording will occur during the event. These materials may be used for future FHRD promotions, including social media, print, and corporate websites. By registering, attendees consent to the use of their images in FHRD promotional materials.

Data Processing & Registration:

By registering, participants agree to allow FHRD to process their data for conference-related purposes. Unless objected to, participant information will be used for event management and the preparation of an attendee list. Additionally, registrants may opt to receive updates from FHRD via email, which will not be shared with third parties unless explicitly stated.
