Stefania Curmi currently holds the position of Head of HR at LeoVegas Group, managing a global team of HR professionals. She is committed to upholding an engaging and exciting experience for all LeoVegas employees.

Stefania has over 13 years of HR experience, starting as an HR Consultant in the UK specialising in HR process improvement, leadership upskilling, and performance management. She then moved back to Malta where she joined the largest professional services firm on the island. There she held the role of HR Senior Manager where she had the responsibility for the firm’s HR operations. Stefania holds a Masters in International Employment Relations and HR Management from the London School of Economics.
