Employees today demand that their leaders are authentic, empathic, and adaptive, these are key qualities that display human-centric leadership. A great leader values higher engagement levels, not because it means higher revenue, but because it means their people are happy. After all, it’s about the engagement of PEOPLE.

He started a solo practice 4 years ago offering coaching, bespoke leadership and emotional intelligence training. As a Performance Coach and Leadership Trainer, Karl helps clients make the shift in their leadership and interpersonal skills and enhances how they connect, communicate and collaborate at work. He also coaches people who may have encountered a bump on the road to regain confidence in their leadership role and helps them overcome challenging situations. Over the last 17+ years, Karl has gained experience in the area of learning and development; he is trained in PRISM brain-mapping & Genos Emotional Intelligence tools as well as the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology.
