Karl Grech is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He started a solo practice 4 years ago offering coaching, bespoke leadership and emotional intelligence training. As a Performance Coach and Leadership Trainer, Karl helps clients make the shift in their leadership and interpersonal skills and enhances how they connect, communicate and collaborate at work. He also coaches people who may have encountered a bump on the road to regain confidence in their leadership role and helps them overcome challenging situations. His coaching style can be described as collaborative, practical, challenging and genuine.
Karl believes that every leader can reach their potential and develop the skills required to deal with changing environments. This means overcoming the fears, insecurities and stress you encounter in your profession, and has a direct impact on your quality of life.
Over the last 17+ years, Karl has gained experience in the area of learning and development; he is trained in PRISM brain-mapping & Genos Emotional Intelligence tools as well as the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. When he is not working, he is enjoying family time, fitness activity, and embracing traffic as an opportunity to listen to podcasts.
