Providing both a local and global view, based on practices in a manufacturing site that is part of a global company with a worldwide footprint, through case studies, best practices, and actionable frameworks, the workshop will offer attendees an understanding of how to close talent gaps, reduce turnover, and ensure business continuity.
BIO
Margret Blagoeva Barzachka- Nikolova has 20 years of experience in Human Resources in a global company and partnering with leaders to achieve business objectives while navigating change. She has hands-on experience in: building and developing HR teams, re-design HR processes, employee relations and relations with trade unions, training and learning strategies to fit the organization’s specific needs, talent acquisition for a highly specialized and regulated industry (pharmaceutical manufacturing), and building a sustainable talent pool in the organization, succession and talent management. Margret is leading the HR Function of Teva in Bulgaria and holds a Master Degree in Master Program in Management of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility from Sofia University “St Kliment Ohridksi” in Bulgaria.
