Jonathan is a human resources and recruitment specialist. His career journey spans across different industries in HR services, maritime, and shipping industries with a core focus on HR. His experiences in different fields have provided him with a broad understanding of operations and human resource management. Currently, he is the Head of HR at KonnektTalexio and other affiliated companies, responsible for the organisation’s Human Resource function, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Since joining KonnektTalexio in 2019, he has also consulted various clients in the areas of recruitment, selection, and employee engagement. Jonathan is driven by the use of data and analytics in the space of HR as a base for ongoing improvement. He is passionate about crafting and implementing HR strategies that create environments where individuals can thrive, and teams flourish.
