Tara Alvarez Garcia is a marketing leader and leadership coach with extensive experience in building and leading high-performing global teams within the entertainment and tech industries. She has successfully led diverse, multicultural departments, fostering collaboration and guiding teams through periods of rapid business growth and industry change. Tara built teams from the ground up and spearheaded global marketing projects across Europe, the US, and LATAM. Now focused fully on leadership coaching, Tara founded TYS Coaching to partner with professionals worldwide to help them build confidence, expand their influence, and develop into effective leaders. This is Tara’s second year serving on the NEXT.io Marketing Advisory Board, as well as the newly introduced Personal Development track, where she shares her insights and passions on leadership, growth, and professional development. Tara holds a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Communication and Psychology and has completed her ILM 7 certification through the Institute of Leadership & Management, the UK’s leading awarding body for leadership qualifications.
