From Resistance to Resilience: A People-Powered, Appreciative Approach to Positive Change

Change efforts often fail not because people resist change, rather because they resist how change is done. In this energizing, interactive workshop, HR professionals will be introduced to powerful Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry frameworks for creating meaningful, sustainable change. Participants will explore how people experience change, what helps them feel safe, motivated, and involved, and how trust and resilience are built through inclusive, strengths-focused approaches.

Through short interactive reflections, exercises and real-world case insights, attendees will learn how to shift conversations, engage employees as co-creators of change rather than passive recipients, and transform uncertainty into opportunity, shifting organizational resistance into resilient, forward-moving momentum.

Participants will leave equipped with tools to guide their organisations through change with confidence, creating cultures that adapt, grow, and thrive.
