Thriving at Work: How What We Say – and Don’t Say – Shapes Wellbeing and Results.
What’s not being said at work is often what matters most.
In many organisations, performance doesn’t suffer because people lack capability; instead, conversations are avoided, decisions are unclear, and important issues remain unspoken.
This interactive session explores how everyday behaviours—how we communicate, what we choose to address, and the decisions we make—directly shape wellness and performance. Participants will gain simple, practical tools to handle difficult conversations, reduce unnecessary pressure, and improve clarity in their teams.
Rather than adding more initiatives, this workshop focuses on what actually changes behaviour at work—helping HR professionals create environments where people can speak openly, think clearly, and perform more effectively.
