Challenges encountered to revamp an Organisation’s Employer Branding

Better people make better brands, but in a post-Grand Resignation World where businesses are struggling to hold on to talent whilst trying to recruit fast, sustaining a healthy employer brand has never been so hard. Throughout this session, Peter will be going through the challenges of building a sustainable employer brand and the frameworks to overcome them. 

Peter-Jan Grech (aka Pete) is the founder and CEO of BRND WGN, a full-scale brand consultancy based in Malta. BRND WGN supports entrepreneurs and organisations in their endeavour to create meaningful brands with creativity and vision across all industries. 

Pete has been leading creative teams for over 20 years, helping to solve problems with honesty, curiosity, and a desire to see the world work better. Through his position at BRND WGN Pete guides businesses, CEOs, and leaders through effective strategy and implementation with passion, giving them the tools they need to see their brands flourish and grow. 

Over the years Pete has worked on numerous brand transformation projects and successfully launched into both consumer and corporate markets across the globe. When Pete is not busy leading his 30+ team at the agency, he also sits on select advisory boards to help steer organisations through new frontiers. 

In his personal (and professional) life Pete is a challenge junkie, participating at a corporate, charity, and endurance sports level, ideally merging the three into one whenever possible. He is happiest out in nature, and actively campaigns for sustainable living and a thriving planet
