During this workshop we shall be discussing the results of this year’s ninth edition of the Malta HR Pulse Survey, a joint annual exercise carried out by PwC Malta and the Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD).
Every year, the survey looks to identify the key HR challenges being faced by local organisations and to gain insight into the priorities for people management going forward. This workshop shall explore the results of the survey relating to topics such as the Future of Work, the impact of Data Analytics and AI on the workforce, and other local HR trends.
